So last night we went to the beach. It was around 3am we arrived. One hour before, a boat with refugees arrived to the beach. The weather was really horrible last night so all the volunteers said this group was very lucky that they made it. We've watched the sea till 7am, looking for small lights in the dark. But no boats came. With this terrible weather it's hard to reach the Greek coast.

Some people say there are discount tickets for the boats from turkey to lesbos when the weather is dangerous. This is really crazy...
This is a guide about where to take position the moment a boat arrives. But also there was a really nice lady who is in charge of the night shifts, who explained us all the do's and don’ts.
After a 2 hour sleep and a good Greek breakfast we went to the Giving Food truck. There was not much to do with the food, but this truck was located in a refugee camp for vulnerable people. Like pregnant woman traveling alone, or even kids who came on their own. We've helped cleaning and sorting out clothes.

But also the weather was good in the morning so some kids went swimming in the sea.
And this poem was written on the wall in this camp:
I am not now what I have been
though a far-off home may remind me
when
I was what I am no more
Forward I must go to the other shore
and find in the end I am where I was
before
At 4pm we went to the harbor again with the clothing. The weather totally changed. A lot of wind and rain so we build tents to keep the people and clothing dry.
After this we had a brief stop in Better days for Moria to bring the food. Also some of us gave an interview.
This is our self-made tent.
We try to keep the kids happy with bubbles and baloons : )
And ofcourse we've made polaroids again.
Tonight probably we go to the boats again.
